Mill City Museum Wedding

I was recently lucky enough to be part of Robyn's and Billy's beautiful yellow and gray, modern wedding.  I loved the color combination of the dark gray bridesmaid's dresses and the bright yellow flowers.  The Mill City Museum was a beautiful, modern venue  that impressed me in so many ways!  I know that they will have incredible wedding photos!  So many places for a great photo there.  Every little area of the museum has interesting architecture and stone and wood...really a beautiful venue!

I only have a few photos at this time for you to check out, but will add more once I get some of the professional ones.

Here is a look at the main room with the tables set up.  The mix of wood, metal, and stone is awesome!  The long table to the left is the head table.  It was in the middle of the room with the wedding party sitting all around the table.

I wasn't able to get photos of the bouquets, except for the toss bouquet, which is pictured below.  It's a mix of the same flowers used in the other bouquets - billy balls, roses, ranunculus, mini-callas, dusty miller, and freesia.

We used square vases with floating fuji mums in yellow and white for the high top cocktail tables.

The bride had gray and white damask table runners and we added gray/silver ribbon around the top of the vases of submerged oncidium orchids.  They were a really vibrant beautiful shade of yellow/gold.  They were used on a third of the tables.

Here they are as a work in progress...

Here is one on the table set up.

Here is one of the smaller centerpieces, which was just a mix of the yellow flowers with dusty miller around the base.

and the third centerpiece was a large ball of white hydrangea with billy balls added in for a touch of yellow.  We had these on a cylinder vase with silver ribbon and crystal garland hanging in the vase.

For the ceremony, we did four large, tall cylinder vases with gray ribbon filled with curly willow and oncidium orchids.

More to come with the professional photos - thanks Robyn and Billy!  :)  Oh...and I have to say you had the best guest "favor" I've seen at a wedding so far!
