The wedding was held at one of the prettiest venues I've been to - Dellwood Country Club in Dellwood, MN. It's just outside of White Bear Lake. You can get a peek of it in some of the photos below.
For Chelsy's bouquet, she wanted a cascading full bouquet of orchids, roses, and lilies - all in whites and yellows. She said "the bigger, the better", so that's what we did!
The bridesmaid's bouquets were made up of white and yellow roses and spray roses, as well as some billy balls and waxflower. The yellows were a mix of lighter and darker yellows. You can't see the wraps in these photos, but they were burlap, twine and lace.
In the main hallway as you walk in, Chelsy had tons of personal touches that added so much to the feel of the wedding! We added some flowers and floating candles in jars, etc.
This table was introducing the attendants, as well as a place for the mini-corsages we made for the bride's sorority sisters. They were made up in their sorority colors.
This was the Guest Book table. Chelsy had a boot that we put the toss bouquet in, as well as a pretty framed chalkboard, a beautiful book for everyone to sign, and a handpainted thank you sign on some wood. We added some floating candles and other flowers.
Here's the placecard table. The guest names were in little corks.
They also had a table with a tv showing their slideshow.
I personally loved this table. It was a family bible along with family wedding photos...gorgeous!
The ceremony was outdoors in a beautiful garden area. We just added some flowers on some of the chairs on the aisles and some white and yellow petals to the aisle.
For the aisle flowers, we used larkspur, billy balls, aster, tree fern, snapdragons, and in the front row, yellow lilies. We added burlap and lace to the base.
In the reception hall, my very favorite thing was the big "J" we put on the mantle above the dance floor. It was made of little pom mums glued onto a cardboard "J". Such a fun pop of color to the room!
For the head table, they had a harvest table. We had a huge arrangement in the middle of the table with curly willow, stock and hydrangea. We also added lots of votives and vases for the bouquets along the table.
All of the tables had burlap table runners, we used river rock in all of the vases, and all of the vases, jars, votives, etc, had little details of either lace, burlap, twine, raffia, or pearls. (or a combination thereof).
We did lots of different types of arrangements. One kind was white milk glass with lilies, roses, larkspur, mums, billy balls, etc.
Some were wooden boxes with lace and twine - we added hydrangea, stock, roses, billy balls, orchids, lilies, etc.
Another had jars we added burlap with lace, pearl, and twine.
And then on some of the tables, we had tall pilsner vases with hydrangea, curly willow, white dendrobium orchids and yellow oncidium orchids.
The bride had added the light mint colored chair sashes and the awesome wooden table numbers.
For the cake, we added a cluster of roses and some oncidium yellow orchids on the side of the cake and then some votives with little bits of oncidium around the base.
Here is a look at the whole room, with the beautiful draping and vaulted ceilings - loved this venue!!
Can't tell you how much I loved working with you all again!! :)
